      It was in Des Moines, Iowa Saturday night.  Patti Griffin played all new songs from her new album, I was sad she didn't play Mary, but she wasn't the headliner.  John and his band put on a good show.  They only did one song from his new album,  the rest were all the oldies.  We had good seats, 6th row center.  But he is on tour all over the US right now.

      We picked up a cool poster, framed it, and it's hanging in the basement.  A night to remember.
