Keep doing what you love. Sharing your art with others is always a very personal experience. Think of the joy and perseverance you experienced putting in your time into your craft to bring forth your art. All that matters is that you did it, you brought that which wasn't to life. Ultimately, I wouldn't worry about what others think too much or how they perceive your art... Take it for what it is, ask questions regarding but at the end of the day this is your ship captain and unless someone is paying you for your art directly, listen to their feedback, analyze it then keep on doing what you do!

Personally, I start with the song and guitar. Of course I might hear a rhythm to what Im thinking and play it on guitar, piano, whatever instrument is closest to me

My name Vrede Mon and I'm going to try to start making an at home album. I recently moved from Chicago to Brugge. I have the equipment in my at home studio consisting of mics, monitors, mulitracker, instruments=keyboard piano, pearl drums, fender electric guitar, fender stratacoustic, fender jazz bass, Ibanzez electric and acoustic, congos, bongos... I'll be going track by track until the song is finished. I love all types of music, my personal favorite artist is Kenny Kravitz but I have a very rainbow collection of influences ranging from Lenny to BobM, BobD, Beatles, Jimi, RageATM, James Brown, Prince, MichaelJack, etc. I'm finding my musical self and I truly believe in these songs and I look forward to putting in the work to bring some art into the world. I'm thinking of naming this 1st album The American Experience. My songs all come the heart dealing with peace, love, and happiness pertaining to topics dealijng with social issues, love, and life. I will post my journey and I welcome the opportunity to share andd to learn with all within this community.
