Hey everyone, I'm Sophie! Gibson. I'm from Scotland but grew up in New Zealand. I am a pop singer/songwriter! You can find most of my music and other stuff on my instagram @ sophiegibsonmusic 1. Do you sing, play an instrument or instruments? I sing, and I play guitar and piano! I started playing classical piano first, then I picked up the guitar at 12 years old. I taught myself guitar with the help of Youtube tutorials 2. Are you in a band or bands? Nope I'm a solo gal at the moment! 3. Do you write songs? I write songs mostly about relationships feelings and some issues close to me. 4. Do you record your music? I do record my music, at the moment I'm working on my first EP and some of my songs are out on soundcloud. 5. What other roles do you perform in the music business? I like to help others with lyric and songwriting. 6. Are you a tech head? I'm technologically impaired. 7. What country do you live in? New Zealand 8. What are your ambitions? I want to be FAMOUS nah I just want to enjoy life. The biggest priority in my life has always been other people actually. I like spending time with my family and friends. I love music and I want to put my music out there and work hard to make it something I can make a decent career out of. 9. Do you draw/paint/write stories/computer art/dance or other creative pursuit? I like writing stories! Drawing too but I'm not so good at it, also I love taking photos 10. What would you like to get out of Songstuff? I wanna make some friends, get some new ideas, feedback on my songs, support and I'd like to help others too. Maybe some collabs!!
