it is vital to warm up your voice before doing any singing, wether its just in your home for yourself or at a gig, sadly i never do it, it is likely to one day ruin my voice. if i ever do warn up though, it pretty much is just running up scales and holding a note for as long as possible.

hi im new to this site clearly so i dont really know what its all about, but i hope i get used to it eventually. Anyway yeh, i'm stacey, I'm 16 and im new to writing lyrics and i'd like some feedback on some that i do write. I'm a singer and i have learned within the last year a bit of guitar so the songs i do write i can put a tune to and actually be able to hear how it sounds, but i cant record them because i don't have the equipment :\ Im into literally all types of music, Rock, Jazz, Hip Hop, Pop, Electronic, Musicals, Alternative, Metal....the list goes on :| music is my passion and it helps me through a lot of experiences. Oh yeh....im from scotland But aye.... HI
