Hey There's plenty of options for anyone wanting to start a mailing list online, i'm using MailChimp currently and have to say i'm impressed. I recently switched from Aweber because the costs we're far too much. Anyone familiar with these? Do you have a favourite?

Some guys I know use a pretty basic home-setup, works well though; macbook pro xenyx1222fx external mixer audacity / protools Use to use garageband but exporting on that thing is a nightmare

It's definitely your own website - or more specifically your own domain. Everything else, whether it be social media sites etc. should be run through your site. That's my 2 cents.
