Mac Pro, 10.6 logic 9 occasionally reason required. protools , occasionally 10.9 for logic x

I moved from windows in 2007, osx and coreaudio has so many benefits over asio and windows which drove me away from the platform.

Now I work as a technician for that certain fruit company so knowing the system so well makes making music a hassle free experience.

Hi Lee,

 

I'm also a Mac Pro/OS 10.6/Logic 9 user.  I haven't tried Logic X yet.  Any thoughts you could share on pros/cons between 9 and X?  Thanks.

... whereas I never used "9."  However, I do know that the Apple site has a very detailed comparison.  I've been very satisfied wth X even though I at this point know next-to-nada about it.
