Hello all,

My name is Joost and I will go by the name of gitmanban on this forum. I am a 25 year old guy who loves to create and construct songs. I play the guitar and sing. I am currently studying at a music technology school, where I combine my love for constructing songs with my love for constructing computer code (mostly Max/MSP).

My inspirations are (in chronological order) Bach, Mozart, Beethoven, Wagner, The Beatles, Pat Metheny, Dream Theater, Tool, Brad Mehldau and Oren Lavie. I have no specific ambitions concerning music, other than to be fully immersed in it. I want my life to consist of 70-80% music related actions and conversations.

On this forum, I hope to receive feedback on my songs to better them and I hope I can do the same for others.
