They called out

for help at the end of the road, calling

out for that special person strode---

near the edge...

by that point of the ledge...

at their chilling feet...

friends of them lost, nobody

at the intersection, black

on black shadow-ridge dust flow

of an army tries to stop the danger from coming

just as the birds tweet.
