Hey everyone!

I'm Lauren and I'm 19 years old. I'm a singer/songwriter (mostly songwriter though...) from Pennsylvania. I'm a sophomore at the local community college and fall 2014 I'll hopefully be transferring down to NC for recreational therapy as well as attending Berklee's Online School of Music for songwriting and music production. Music is honestly my life. Most of my songs come from what I'm feeling but I will admit some of them are just a creativity spark! I love to write, its therapeutic for me and I've been writing since I was about 8, however back then it was more... "puppy and guppy" instead of what I have now. I write mostly pop/rock songs but I do have some strictly pop and more alternative songs as well. If you're interested in hearing or reading some I have a website and it's laurenslyrics.com but the website currently only has word docs for lyrics because I JUST got my recording equipment so..bare with me please. I'm a very chill girl but I've been through a lot for only being 19 so my songs are a little more complex sometimes than what you'd expect from someone my age. Comments are appreciated and I look forward to meeting everybody!
