You shouldn't have any problem just saying this out loud in a normal voice to approx 80bpm:

 

They say you are what you see in the mirror
Does anybody got a mirror?

 

Then do the same:

 

They say you are only as deep as your deepest layers
Does anybody know how to find my layers?

 

Where did the beat that was 'mirror' in the 1st set, 1st line drop in the 2nd set of lines, 1st line? I might get to 'your' at best. That means you've got to say 'deepest layers' very quick, meaning now I don't know what your saying because you're not clear
