Another Newbie

Hey Guys,

 

I came across this site today in my pursuit of like minded people and to find collaborators. As with a lot of posts here, I am new to this and not so good at introductions.

My experience has stemmed from over a decade in Cover, Tribute & Originals bands in the South Wales area on guitar and bass duties. Throughout these times I also managed most of the bands' live sound and recording duties and I have a great deal of knowledge gained from this. This has lead to a wealth of experience and lots of good times with great people.

I also have a professional qualification in Music Technology/Sound Engineering and have spent some time in charge and also helping out in local recording studio's.

Around 3 years ago I stopped performing live with bands which has lead me to write and record in my home studio and have recently turned my hand to lyric writing. Unfortunately, I am unable to sing and therefore not able to bring my songs to life.

I am currently looking for collaborators generally have a bit of fun with music and creativity again.

It would be great to hear from Singers/Songwriters/Lyricists, or any musicians with a keen interest in writing/recording original music.
