I love John Martyn too. I was lucky enough to see him once. But electric guitar?

Yeah his electric guitar is fantastic... I mean he's not doing any guitar w*nking ;) but he plays it like nobody else I know for ambient beauty. Suppose he's known best for acoustic but definitely played great electric...and his acoustic was always at its best for me when using a pick-up, so that counts as electric I reckon (the way he played it).

I had forgotten all about Ozric Tentacles!

 

Progressive/fusion rock at it's finest. Ed Wynne is an inventive guitarist.
