Hi Guys

 

Do any of you work to a release plan for your music, or even a task list... or is it just... the music is done, let’s get it packaged up and issued ASAP?

 

I ask because the latter dominates indie music, and it’s one of the key differentiators between indie music and mainstream music. Yes, there are many components involved ina release, but the plan is what coordinates those activities. They make dependency obvious. It is amazing how much coordination is underestimated.
