.nsf to .wav

I downloaded it, tried to run it, it says this:

Usage: NSF2WAV [options]... file...

Options:

-f<frequency> set output frequency in Hz

-t<time> set output time in sec

-n<songno> set output song no

-o<file> place output into the <file>

What do I have to type to convert my NSF files? :/

Sorry for digging up an old topic, but I'd really like to know. I've been searching for something like this a long time.
