Being a full time musician can be difficult on its own. But it's a pain when you're doing so much to make the whole thing work that you lose sight of why you're so in love with music.

A heart to heart in the quiet midnight assessing life through music; that was always it from the very beginning whether I'm listening to someone else on the earphones or singing a song with the guitar. At the end of the day, those were the lessons in life that mattered.

This was on one such midnight recently. I decided to just capture it on my phone (I do vlogs and am working on a documentary too, so camera has been a nonintrusive friend) and I guess it felt worthy sharing it online for what it represented.
