What do most singer-songwriters do with their songs?

Hi to all singer-songwriters,

 

What do singer-songwriters that don't know how to use a DAW do after they're done writing their songs? Do nothing with them if they don't want to learn to use a DAW? Hire a producer and pay high price for them to produce an album for u? Find a producer that's willing to produce for you for free but will co-own master or publishing? Or do singer-songwriters sometimes sell their songs to publishers? Would like to know what they majority of them do with their songs usually. :)
