I need real simple software.

I have only a pc and digital piano.

I need to quickly copy a lead sheet melody into software. And add chords. Thats it. I’m handing out professional charts to 3 jazz musicians and need a faster way than hand notation - i have very bad handwriting. What should i buy?

Faced with the exact same conundrum .. and, with money to spend .. I didn't buy anything. I downloaded a copy of open-source MuseScore and since have never looked back. With money in my pocket I had intended to compare it with both Sibelius and Finale ... and I never got that far.

The pop lead sheets are bad. 2-4 pages, wrong melody, bad chords. I thought I could use Avery lables. Lol. Would save me loads of time. Nope. I too have money. But I need something for morons. 😂😂
