Lookie-Loo's

Once upon a time, when I used to buy, fix and sell a lot of used cars, the salesmen I knew used this term a lot, "Lookie-Loo's", to describe people who would walk all around their lots and look at every car there, just to end up never buying anything. Now I am not saying we are trying to sell anything here, but there are a lot more Lookie-Loo's, and "Listenie-Loo's",  than there are people commenting on anything here. Are they all too shy to comment? Do they think everything is too bad to comment on? Are they looking for ideas for their own songwriting, lyrics or music? These are the things that float through my head.
