Hey all. I've not participated in a forum type  community before, so that's cool. 
 

reading through the posts you guys seem super supportive and helpful which is awesome. 
 

I picked up a guitar two years ago. I used to write vocals to friends music but have now mainly focused on my own work, Trying to work on my lyricism and voice, and truly I've felt both have faltered a bit while practicing more on my instruments and my arrangement and possibly even more so my mix! So I guess that's why I came here but I'm also excited to listen to all your music.

 

As far as genre goes, I tend to enjoy many different ones for different reasons. what I gravitate to most however is funk, rnb, jazz and hip-hop, and I'll throw classical in here because another major goal of mine is to read music more quickly and efficiently.

Newer isn’t always better. At least not in all circumstances Forums have loads of benefits over other, newer, social media platforms when it comes to making music. Other platforms are excellent for general socialising, but forums are brilliant when it comes to social niches, hobbies, interests and the arts…. But I am biased!
