One thing I have noticed happening frequently is many newcomers post all over the place.  It is not clear if they want Critique or Promotion for their work or what they actually want at all.  

 

They also provide links to a variety of pieces not just one.  I doubt few are interested in listening to their EP, album, or their musical history.

Sometimes I'm not sure if they know whether they want critiqued or promotion..   

 

We're working on a bit of board reorganization and hopefully that will make it easier to decide.
