Hi everyone! I'm Blue Gorilla and I'm a DIY alternative musician/producer/songwriter from Belgium.

 

I've always been into making music and have played in a bunch of bands. But the last few weeks I've been really getting into making my own songs and recording them. I'm hoping to get back and learn a lot from all of you!

Hey Blue, welcome to Songstuff! What sort of music are you recording?

Thanks John! I've recorded all kinds of things in the last few weeks. But they all have a very DIY alternative sound to them. Some tracks are pretty rough and punky. Other tracks are more soft and sweet. Others are pretty funky. I like to make an interesting mix of all kinds of stuff, you know?

Sure. It helps keep it interesting. Challenging. Add to that, songs have different characters. It is a great pity to just treat them in all the same way.
