BMI- registering singles & release; LATER assemble as album on BMI

HI folks,

I have a couple of songs ready to upload to spotify, etc.  Eventually they will go on an album but the album title, other songs, etc., have not yet been determined.

I have an account with BMI.

Question please:

Can I register a couple of songs alone on BMI as single songs.  Get them uploaded and released on the platforms.  then add songs as I work on them - registering to BMI and releasing as I go.  and then - Later - can I somehow arrange them in BMI as part of an album?
