I dunno if this is really a poem, but well, its just pure emotion.. i just wish i could tell the person who this is to... unfortunatly they wont talk to me...........

when youre ready, Ill be here

you know

i really just dont understand.

what is it that youre so afraid of?

you say you need a real friend

someone to listen

someone who wont judge

someone who is there for you

who will love you for who you are

well here I am

I extend my hand to you

and time and time again

each time you open up

you reach me

your hand just barely in mine

you pull away

and yet.

tis me who ends up hurt

alone

though I know you too are alone

and you know I really would do anything to change that.

youve told me your fears

I really do understand

but you know im not going anywhere

I know you may think

that something bad will happen

but if we stick together

nothing can beat us

were an unstopable pair

maybe thats what scares you so?

you tell me all the time

youre no good for me

you cant change

I know this all

I know the things you do

I know who you really are

but you dont seem to understand

I dont love you despite who you are

I love you because of who you are

I know all of your darkest secrets

and in return, you too know mine

I cant tell you that with one magical kiss and a swipe of my hand that I can make it all better

but I do know this

If you would only give me a chance,

I CAN help you

and you can help me.

I WANT to help you.

and I guess that I can only hope that one day you will see.

and that one day

you will LET me help you.
