Smiling Thunderstorm

the thunder rolls

and the lightening strikes

the heaven glows

like the stars at night

the angels roar

and the gates open

as the thunder soars

through the infinite skies

as the rain falls down

your life begins to drown

they're taking your soul away

during the thunderstorm today

and your wakling through heavens gates

the thunderstorm today was fate

now your looking down

at the sun drowning the ground

and your loved ones all around

smiling

--this was just a little something i had to do up for english class so i decided to post it here, seeing that i havent been here for awhile..i miss it here:( but i have a bad writers block at the moment its depressing me...lol...but i see we have alot of new members...welcome:) anyways later on guys--

Writers block sucks. You might not be able to force your muse, but meaybe you can encourage it? I think we have a couple of articles about dealing with writers block. I'll dig out the url.

Like the poem. If there was one crit I would say you maybe use thunder/thunderstorm quite often for the length of the poem. Other than that, pretty good
