I tried out the bass version and it was ok. Great acoustic sounds and synths but as the modelling goes its still no substitute for the real deal. Also if anything goes wrong with it I'm sure its not going to be a simple solder job. I actually almost bought one though just because it wouldnt give any noise on-stage and the upright sound is fantastic on it. When you hook it up to the POD XT its got more stuff to play with too.

I was reading some stuff (which I can't find again...)about this guitar. It appears to have a huge range of sounds and is endorsed by some pretty good guitar players. There are 2 versions available and whilst it would be nice to have the 'real' thing, I don't think my income would allow that kind of extravagence! It's a while since I've been into a music emporium, so I may have to take some time out to visit one and give this a try. I've also heard good things about the pod!

I wouldn’t even consider it all the while they only offer 22 fret models. Raise the game to 24 frets & I would go try one.
