why she had to die in my arms

wrap her up i did

but she would always apear in the shadow

naked with sorrow

soon she would wipe my tears away

then the bullet would come and break the dream

my love she was a fool apon the wind

a dreamer on exile

nothing more to it

why she had to suffer from my deamons

to bleed on the stone of tommorows past

a delicate lady she was

she broke her wings

now she cant fly

and i do and will

always be inside my alien warfield

what goes on inside my mind

that haunts me as a dream

so i cant see her any more

she must be soaking her feet

inside her own alien warfield

I agree that there are great images in this piece but one thing I want to mention is that the title seems to have nothing to do with the poem (unless there's something I'm not picking up on; this is a good possibility). Why Alien Warfield for the title?

I do know that alien warfield has nothing to with it to you, but to me, this was written while watching x-files so i hinted around abduction.

What would you replace alien warfield with?
