When I get up and out of bed,

There are a million problems in my head

I place them in order of what to face first?

A quick cup of coffee to render my thirst

One at a time I’ll tackle the bag

I won’t be a minute I’ll just have a fag

What’s more important what’s urgent the most?

I fancy some jam on two bit’s of toast

No I can’t just ignore them and suffer the wrath

I’ll get wheels in motion after a bath

Where do I start, where to begin?    

I’ll do it tomorrow, today I’ll stay in.

I'm surprised our American friends haven't picked you up on the use of the word 'fag' - either they know what it means in British English or they the poem is about somethin else entirely!

I saw a film a while ago with Samuel L Jackson & Robrt Carlyle. Jackson is wearing a kilt, and Carlyle teases him by proffering a cigarete and asking "fag?"
