THank you for your thoughts and the link you posted, I was reading through it and yes it has some really helpful ideas and tip in it - I liked the way they explain how you can express a certain your feelings with a certain melody. Its actually a very good tip - but I will have to do it verse versa since I already have the music and aswell some written lyrics - so basicly what I get out from this is that I should sit down and write my feelings down the music ( chords,melodie ) will create in myself. But that's allways the matter anyway, what I cant deside is wether it allways should be this way - do you know what I mean My question is wether it maybe not better and more creative to take an diffrent topic of lyrics to an song in which ^the basic feeling would have made me and others choose the feeling we straight get from it - Like for example you would have this C Chord and everyone would relate a good feeling with it right ? ( so after the article I would now write my thoughts about it, which would be POSITIVE ) But my question is wether its not more creative to write something NEGATIVEat tis point, when everybody feels possitiv ??!!! :-) Or you write some lyrics and you think they are good but wouldn't other lyrics maybe fit better - is it to mainsteam ??!! Is it to common ??!! Is it to brake the ordinary ?? I personaly really like new, fresh,creative ideas.......

I always find it hard to choose which lyrics of mine to use for which song !! Does a love melody always has to have a love topic - lyrics attacted ?! How do you know wheter you shouldnt maybe have taken an diffrent topic for an explicit song ??!! Would love to hear your thoughts about it and on what you base your deccicions !

Hey; David ! I just checked your Soundcloud and I have to say, wonderful lyrics and a really really nice voice, man !!! Awesome, seriously very nice music ! Wicked games to be honest is a real great song, I like the video as well, I think the production is to give a lot of credit here - the depth of field ,contrast the hole black and white mood etc. is amazing and nothing would fit the song better ! I think we are on the same thought about this my friend, lets say it like this : the picture of wicked game, the darkness of after dark, and the voice of Jeff Buckley - that would be amazing, but there`s still one little link missing which would make it modernly unique, if there is something to be called like tht and that would be the lyrics and touch of radiohead ;-) See where this is going !!! LOL , no seriously everybodys subconscious will be touch by legends like these but so they been before us aswell - Im on the journey to my own uniqness - going there will be a JOURNEY and on its way I am going to meet Mr.Influence , I have to shake his hand, have a chat and go back on the road :-) I really enjoy learning and talking to a good musicians and writers to improve - but first I have to find out wether there is talent in me - im quite hard on myself usually - thts why im here to see wht you guys think and learn from you ! Hmm it might, we are influenced a lot in our lifes - i dont know - since iam young i been always drown to the spiritual world - wether its good or bad energy - i have to admit that chris isaak was doing a good job in getting his feelings out that way - i often think in pictures when i hear music and in this particular song i feel the song is crying out for a dark mood ,sexyness ;-) i dont really find wiked games ,dark ! Do you ?! anyway you gave me a diffrent idea wht to write about so thanks for tht , p.s its not a wiked games copy ;-))) thx hobosage

My name is kaii i just joined in your community so this is aswell an introduction ;-) ok, im singing in a Band called "Sun Drop Diamonds" and we are from South Germany ( black forest ) and we are doing Stoner Rock and New Grunge for to listen to what we do you can visit our site on FB just look for Sun Drop Diamonds ! Allrights here comes the reason why i need help - normaly im writing all our songs myself and it worked out pretty well so far - now my best mate ( guitarist ) came up with this amazing really great slow song - which has hit potential "really" i dont want to sound wired but i been making music half my life and i can tell if something is good, so anyway the song is slow guitare verse with a rising pre chorus and an amazing hookline comparable maybe to the song- After Dark from Tito and tarantula - no copy our own style etc but with that sexy feel ! Im in need of some dark sexy lyrics and i want it to be perfect since the song has such potential you know ! So i thought to give it a try and ask for any solid ideas of you guys ! It doesnt need bounderies everything can be said in our music but it needs to be sensual deep and sexy ! If anyone of you feels he or she would feel to share something like that pls leme know :-) thx alot in advance and lets see how this rolles - pls check out or site and make yourself a picture of what were about !
