Id say go through scales just as you would any other instrument. To practise and to get it down right takes going through it a few times a week. Id say create a general warm up for yourself.

that picture with the 4 fingers kinda freaks me out lol kudos for learning the guitar with 4 fingers and useing that reach lmfao!... what happeneds during chords that are close to each other thought lol i think at most i can get 7, But total playable frets probally 6.
