mine is a recycled impromptu 1+1 recording. i'm not completely happy with my performance as there are a couple of flubs on my part that ruin it (for me anyway), but i'm really just using it as an object of experimentation where i try to accompany the 1+1 with some ambient looping.
i'll probably pull this down after a few days because, well, it just needs to be better than it is. but i'm not feeling inspired enough to re-record and do it justice at this present time so yeah.
This sounds nice I love the guitar melody. Maybe some light percussion will get you re motivated

heres my attempt at the challenge. the beat is a mix of walts and rap with a 3by4 time base. i experiemented with this and tryed something https://soundcloud.com/radar-mc-775249838/juxtaposition-challenge
We can make it through
We can't wait until the day we make it true
When we look at you
Its like We Always knewtheres something special within our view
I Conclude an yeah I miss you too
But I Gotta do what I gotta do to make
It through every obstacle that I'm going through
I wanna make a change i want to improve
The world's so fake they haven't a clue
Were living a dream or living the dream
You know what I mean were f*cking themes feeding our needs freedom got lost in a wintery breezeno1 heated to counter the freeze

from an early age listening to music and jamming on my small keyboard, I discovered the magic of combining words to music. although I didn't write it down at a young age the idea left me fascinated. I began writing music in my teens at the peak of the UK genre grime, it was still in its rawest form. I loved the feeling of performing to friends at school and friends outside of school. the surge of energy that was built was so rewarding, each new rhyme I would try and top the last. this is where my Skippy style flow grew from.
later in my adult hood I dabbled in a new genre being hip-hop and soon learnt that a lot of the music was sampled from other artists and instantly fell in love with 80s music, my favourite band was the police. hearing such variety made me fall in love with music even more I soon began my journey as a producer, it was a lot more fun then playing on my small keyboard with limited sounds.
not being able to get access to the style of instrumental i wanted pushed me to learn more about production and create the type of music I like.
a big influence on my lyrical writing was a rapper named Canibus he is a legend of hip-hop all the greats admired him, his style reminded me of that feeling from my teens rapping grime he had a informative story telling style and his vocabulary was so high every song was like a musical class to me. this lit my fire of wanting to write more complex lyrics and top it every time. I slowly progressed and built a studio of my own .I am currently working on releasing music and have a lot of projects on hold that I'm now informed enough to complete eg mixing and quality production its been a tough journey but I'm getting there:)
I have releases in all popular music stores and plans of creating music videos. I have a lot of unreleased music I placed on hold until I improved enough, I'm now beginning to work on them and share them
Medium Bio- 3 paragraphs
I am producer/rapper I began producing my own beats after struggling to find suitable styles to rap over . my 2 greatest influences of my style would be canibus and the streets 2 very unique artist.
I'm currently working on quality improvement right now whilst also learning the video editing sides. my main focus on improvement is clear vocals with clarity and instrumentals that sound good through any device I feel that I'm 70percent there soon I will begin making music videos. I have a good camera man who found me
and is happy to shoot videos for with no charge.
I have releases on my YouTube which I started as a blog of music development I vowed never to delete a video there. my main types of videos I upload are live streams of my beat production and then I rap over it and share the results. I record freestyles on my phone using other producers beats which I don't do as much anymore because I want to be able to later release the music and searching for my style of beat can be of putting its kills my motivation to write. I'm currently releasing in all popular music stores both instrumental and vocal.to find a few of my releases just type in radarmc.
I'm passionate about music, and have been since childhood. I wish to share the feeling music gives me to others. in the future I will begin singing melodies into my songs I feel its a missing element that should be included in my music and putting out quality music videos. I'm open to collaboration with other artists.
Short Bio - 1 paragraph
i am a UK rapper named radarmc. my style of music is a cross between grime/hip-hop. I avoid rapping about the typical things violence money sex etc, I have informative style with an array of enjoyable flows. I have releases in all major music stores.

verse1
I remember better times
When our love, was still alive
Then i could see, Reflective gazes from your eyes
You claimed our love would never die
Together, you and me would rise
Now tears are pouring from, my eyesverse 2
I see you falling through the skies
With my love, i gripped you tightly
And for a long time I, could pull you from his lies
Which makes me sad to see, you fall for his disguise
Now i see you falling, falling through the skiesverse 3
Falling through the skies
Spiraling round,
Carried down and around
Like autumn leaves, pulled from the breeze
I stand still,like a motionless tree
A witness of my love, taken from mechorus x2
I'm feeling cold, My heart hurts
your escape from this relationship was untold
To think, Where will you go
You make my heart hurt -
this style i love..acid jazz
any suggestions?

i love story telling and simple yet complex poetry.
since a teen iv grown into the habit of rapping my poetry
personally id love it, if i could sing and expand my vocal ability, far beyond what it currently is
id like my music to be positive and uplifting, yet make you think about certain matters
altho i like to touch matters that are occurring, that may be bad. it would be great, if i could portray these emotions in a intellectual poetic comedic way
are there genres beyond hiphop, that i could expand my lyrics and how there portrayed? or would i simply need to change my writing structure?
in terms of rap, the genre is not a matter.reggae, pop, rock, dubstep i can rhyme over any genre
but which genre do you think i could portray my style over best?

Ill try that out now. sounds like a good idea to me, thanks. A link to my soundcard below

I dont use an audio interface, just an internal soundcard. its pretty decent. i purchased a audio technica mic today. on my daw it has a driver called asio4all built in it allows me to adjust the buffersize or amount of samples not sure how to word it. lowering the samples puts my vocals on beat yet when i record it goes of beat and i hear my vooice echoing in my headphones. the only way to get a recording on beat is to use no monitors instead of headphones.
-
what is the best softwares for recording vocals? my daw for production is fl studio, iv been using this also for recording. im having latency issues, and would rather a more professional recording tool

it was rushed excitement in the spur of the moment. the first minute of lyrics and the beat were made written and recorded that day and the other vocals were from a previous studio session i was still eqin and lining up so i thought let me try the new beat with new vocals it was quite late and i really wanted to put out the track so i rushed it😅
