Hello,

 

Another budding guitar player here with the random idea that I should someday write a song rattling loose in the back of my noggin'.

 

I'm in the midst of the Berklee Online Songwriting course and flailing around mainly due to other life commitments but hoping I'll get some of the basic concepts down.

 

Really looking forward to hanging out here and trying to pick up some tips.

Oh for guitars, I mainly play a Gibby Studio LP through a Marshal DSL40c or Peavy Classic 30 and I have a second hand Breedlove D25 Pro acoustic/electirc that I'm really developing a love affair with.  I also have an Epi SG with Gibby p/u's and a AmStd Strat that became a case queen when the Les Paul came home.

Excellent that you're doing that Berklee course. You'll get so much out of it. I did it in March, and try to apply the 'tools' whenever I can.

In fact, I'm enrolled in the current session as well, but I'm only auditing.
