Chord Sheet Copyright

Hi,

I belong to a ukulele group in the West Midlands, UK, and I produce chord sheets of well known songs for the group. These consist of the lyrics of the song together with the chord to strum above the words. No musical score or tablature is included. Am I infringing any copyright with this? Also, if I published a book of these for sale to the general public would I need any sort of permission.
