Well, I do feel supported by my fans and some of my friends despite them not being large in number.  My family doesn't really support my music because they are not accustomed to listening to music outside of their "range", but that's okay; I understand that we all have preferences.  In my world, every listener counts and is appreciated, fan or not. :)
