Basket Case (Green Day) - alternative version

Hi everyone. This time is "Basket Case" by Green Day. Another popular song.

 

Of course I love Green Day and to my italian ears the lyrics of this song could fit an Alternative/Nu Metal style. Korn in particular (another band I love). Because of the subject (neurosis and loneliness).

 

I would really like to know how it sounds to you. Is my perception correct? Does the arrangement fit the lyrics?

I'm not a fan of Alternative/Nu Metal style but it sounds pretty good.
