Romantic Songs?

Have you written a romantic song before? I just wrote my first one.

Not really. A couple had some romantic elements.

Not really - this song may sound like it's romantic but the truth is it was just someone I really liked and wanted to get to know - I wanted them to open up to me as I felt they had something painful locked up inside them that they weren't really dealing with - I was curious about her but it wasn't that I had any romantic designs. The song was posted 6 years ago but I know it was written about 1-2 years before that. Single-take - unfortunately when trying to clean up the recording I accidentally overwrote the original file and it doesn't sound as good as the original file (which got overwritten!)

"Longing for" songs are probably as close  as I get. I think I might have written one or two that could maybe be considered "love" songs...I'll have to go through my list🤔

I just posted this one in the 2 minute song thread as well. This one clocks in at just under 2 minutes. At any rate, it's a song about someone who has finally given in to the idea of being in love.
