Waitin' for a Superman (Iron and Wine cover)

Here's my cover of Waitin for a Superman from Iron and Wine. Would love any feedback on the vocals and production! Thank you!

There is a noticeable difference between the rather dry foreground vocal and the reverb on the guitar in the background - I think the two elements sound too  separate - I think they need to sound more cohesive - there isn't any  magical interplay that you sometimes get when either volumes or depths or types of effect generate something inexplicably beautiful or atmospheric in a recording. Just experiment a bit more.

nice melody and singing. im not sure if its just on my system but the lows are very strong in the mix and almost like theres no highs
