Hello Everybody

Good morning/day/night to all! I'm a college student and currently working towards becoming a composer for just about anything. My end goal is to live a life surrounded by music, whether that be as a teacher full time composing on the side or something similar, I'll be happy as long as my life involves music. Anyways, just wanted to say hello and share the link to my soundcloud tracks. I'm looking for tips on just about anything composition wise.  I'll be more specific with follow up posts. Hope you will take a listen to what is on my page and would love some feed back, either on here or on sound cloud. 

Fair warning I do use musescore to write my tracks, some of them I was still learning how to cut time off the end or about using dynamics on musescore lol Sorry ahead of time if they randomly surprise you.

Welcome, and nice intro. You will do best here if you help us by filling in a bit more of your profile, what you do, lyricist/singer songwriter/musician/composer/etc., your musical influences, etc. Then comment on other's works, and then post some of your own. Share. That  way all of us get to know each other better without having to come back to the intro.

Nice Job on your profile!  I went to soundcloud and I like what I hear. Thanks for sharing.

Thank you for the welcome guys! I also got on and made a soundclick and I saw yours John! I'm not big into country but I liked the way they are arranged and written. Well done!

SavageK, you know you can embed a soundcloud player on your about me page, just by including the url. It works for individual songs or playlists. Same goes for YouTube links.

 

I get you might not like talking about yourself, but if you treat your About Me like an artist page, add some photos, logo, songs, videos etc, they can be quite effective calling cards.

Ah yes I embeded the soundcloud player on my about me page! Just did it now.  if you get a chance to listen to anything or if it doesn't work let me know please.
