Hi, my name is Jasper i'm a song writter and guitarist. I write mainly with an acoustic guitar but have ambitions for a band! My brother and I are a writting partnership although alot of are stuff is written seperately it's all written for Papillon! (our unborn band).

Hi Steve, seems a great place to be!

I'm UK based, Lancaster. I've been writting for a couple of years now but only playin to audiences recently.

my influences are very broard but mainly Brit alternative rock - from Oasis to The Libertines! but also love bright eyes

I've got a couple of songs on myspace.com/papillonalwaysthinking but there not great recordings and there slower numbers than most of my stuff.

I have a Zoom 8 track thingy but not got to grips with it yet and am well jealous of what guys on this forum are producing with similar equipment!

I also play lead guitar, my brother plays rhythm guitar and sings! (I sing to but not as well).

Our aim is to gig as a band and release some tunes!

I've been enjoying this forum as a lurker. I shall now get involved a bit more!

yes a chrysalis indead! Slowly emerging into a beautiful winged creation - that only lives for a day..oh that's not good!

Actualy we've named our selves after Henri Cherriere's book. which tells an incredible story of unrest, escape and adventure!

but papillon is also a type of poodle!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
