  15. Given a melody I can probably write lyrics to it. That said, without a melody first, most of the time the melody and flow come from the first point the words pop in my head.They have a certain sound I hear that develops as the rest of the words come. A great tune???..often debatable and changed ..but that first tune seems to always be the way I associate the lyrics. Can't remember writing a lyric without some type of musical feel.

  21. Happy songs are special..and they're not always that "deep". Sometimes I take a sad feeling and reverse it. Sometimes i change the sad to cynical, sometimes i use satire..but then sometimes I just like the raw emotion, always veiled to some degree. Peggy
