everyone's always "me-me-me" and we wonder why the world is the way it is.. I think it's pretty obvious

hates when customer's refer to something as "poor customer service", especially when the customer doesn't allow themselves to be helped.. A large part of how you get treated in any business situation largely has to do with how YOU present yourself, not the person helping you.. If you're calm, cool, and know your problem, you'll most likely get a person that's calm, cool and knows the answer
