Check out soundcloud but, if it is a serious project make sure you register the songs with the US copyright office (there are links somewhere on these boards, probably the music business board) and register with a collection agency to get royalties collected, then use CD Baby or ReverbNation to distribute your songs to iTunes etc. I hope that helps!
