    Led Zeppelin was way before I was born so this was pretty fresh-sounding to me. I think the singer's got such a great voice for this style! 😎

    Creating a modern future bass track for a collaboration with a female vocalist. The verse, buildup and drop has been sketched out already, I hope I can complete the composition/arrangement by the end of tomorrow. This will be my first shot at writing with a vocalist so I'm pretty psyched about it! 🤘🙏

    I didn't know that bouncing individual stems could be...such..a..night..MARE!!! I need to figure out the best way to bus and group my tracks to be more efficient from now on.. Ay-yai-yai 😩

      My bad. I'm probably not using the correct terminology, here. I basically made rookie mistakes in my use of the aux channels and stacking features in Logic. Will take some time out to learn them properly.

    @Dr KeyBaG Totally agree. Anything to get that crystal clear, sound! Sound design, seems like a lot of fun. The sounds in animation, CGI and video games are quite incredible.

    Awesome! Your studio must be sounding great by now. I'll probably have to do my own acoustic treatment in the near future, for recording acoustic guitar. Where did you learn how to make them? Ken

    Great performance and the video is perfect. If there was one thing I would add to the mix, it would be a little more reverb on the violin.

    Working on some trap instrumentals(ala Purple Lamborghini and Burial). I'm not really familiar with the genre so it's a little tough..😣

      It was much harder than I thought but I managed to get the composition down.. *whew* 😓  I'll need a little break from it before I finalize the mix and master.

       

      Gonna give Future Bass a try, next.🤘

    Its a difficult situation, really. Hopefully there's a middle ground where both, caregiver and patient, can be better off. I have to watch the full documentary!

    What have you been up to?

    I've been working on two tropical/pop tracks for a good number of days now, I found some interesting vocal samples to go with them so hopefully it all comes together nicely...and soon...🤞😅  -Ken

    Trying to create a tropical EDM track(ala) but it's taking me forEVER to catch up on the sound design aspect of synthesizers(Serum to be exact)..😩*sigh*

      Try SynthMaster or SynthMaster One - the sounds and design on that are excellent for the price.

      Thanks Richard, Serum is pretty amazing, too. It's the application part that's gonna take me a while to get a handle on. I did find a course for Serum so that's good and all, I just want this whole learning process to be over and done with. It's the frustration speaking lol
