Well, they are pretty gruesome (if its for youtube etc), and remember you will need to find either pictures or actors, so I'd work the other way around, see if you can find useful material first...

Working on those artist's pictures (drawings) and turning them into 3-D like environments and putting them to music - the music you hear here was just slapped on as a temporary thing, it's from an Iranian guy both the artist and I happen to know, so that was just a kind of inside joke
