Kind of new to the whole song writer bit.  Dabbled with metal instrumentals in the past but now getting into lyrics (lyrics are tough).  Musician from Eastern Canada.

Lots of folks here that are writing lyrics at all levels of experience   and share ideas and critiques.  Tough but fun!

 

There's tons of articles on lyric writing, too, that are extremely helpful...and we have lyric challenges which help you step out and write to a set of defined variables.  Need help finding anything just let me know and I'll point you there.

Welcome around here! I'm sure you'll find quite nice help and feedback as soon as you can start sharing stuff! For the moment, just reading in lyrics/song critics the tips some masters around here give us you'll learn a lot!

 

I'm also training myself on the lyrics and melody making! And so far I got a lot from here!
