The Alternative Duo PIERA is Causing Buzz with their Latest Spotify Single “Unraveling”

PIERA, the alternative duo, have released their new hit single “Unraveling,” on Spotify, and music lovers are buzzing! PIERA is comprimsed of Los Angeles residents, Piera Klein and Micah Plissner. The duo encourages their listeners to make art, enjoy nature, and arouse their consciousness as they listen to “Unraveling.” 

 

Some of you new listeners and fans of PIERA may not know what their sound is! To us, it is a mix of alternative, electronic, underground, beat-driven, synth pop, with some slight psychedelic undertones. Throw in some haunting vocals and you have a sound created by PIERA, which sounds like no one else.

PIERA have been influenced and listen to many of their contemporary and classical influences: such as Klaus Schulze, The Swans, Broadcast, Suicide, Neu, Jon Maus, and the Knife (to just name a few). Whether you’re a fan of Drab Majesty, or are already a fan of PIERA, we recommend you listen to “Unraveling”!

“Unraveling” isn’t the only release from the very talented recording artists.
