hi i had piano lessons since I was 12 and stopped cos I didn't like it after 2 years cos i wasn't improving. i know notes on the piano but i can only play up to certain parts if i put my mind into it. you know the simple ones

I had much te same problem. I found it difficult to co-ordinate the brain to translate music scores into the mechanical finger actions. I gave up after a few weeks...

Now, I just play by ear.

Any synths?
