I typed a lengthy introduction here, a short while ago, and promptly lost it, trying add a smiley! So, I'll be brief in this second attempt.. The name's George Bolam, aka tindle, (lower case t,) The band is InZaneCountry, the Genre is Country, and I just joined the forum.

I just wanted to say hello, and let you know I'm here.. You can find my Artist page under Music, Country, InZaneCountry.. if you want to take a listen..

I'll be checking in from time to time, and look forward to reading your posts and stuff..

Hello Steve! I've lived in, (or around), Bristol since 1959, having sneaked in from Northumberland..I think I'm sort of being accepted now... :D

Only just then! ^_^ I escaped in 2000. We must know the same people if you've been around that long! Do you remember Brian from Bristol musical?

Sorry Steve, can't say I do know Brian, but I don't get out much, you see.. ;-)

I had a long gap in playing live, between the mid '60's and the early 80's, and then I played the club circuit, and hardly saw anyone else, they were working when we were. We were playing most of my free nights, and the rest of the time I spent helping raise my kids or working..

These days, I play live often, but with a covers band, purely for the money to subsidise InZaneCountry's on line and recording activities..I meet other musicians, now and then, but I tend not to socialise with muso's, except for the guys in the band, and I'm terrible with names, anyway..

I'm a little oddball, I s'pose.. ???

Bristol? Emgland? Tenn? Tx? I'm learning to appreciate the more modern form of country music, not much on the classics though.
