Of course you've forgotten 'Hermaphro-production' This is where the song produces itself...
-
I once tried Gigastudio (or Gigasampler?) when I bought my MAudio soundcard. The samples it came with were stunning! And it appeared to be very simple to use.
-
I only ask because my son is red/green colour blind!
-
Was there any data on colour blind people? Do they percieve music differently than others?...
-
I would suggest you visit a few music stores and try out some of whats on offer! You'll get first hand and expert advice, and you'll be able to make sure that everything you buy works with everything else.
-
Have any of you tried updating the bios?
I put this card into another pc that I built. It was still the same. The problem 'occured' after a while, so I put it down to the card, not the PC
-
Not wanting to put a damper on this! But I had exactly the same problem with my SB live. I never found a solution. I also know that Rudi has had the same problem with his SB and that is still unresolved...
-
Having listened to both of you, I think the difference is that Didier writes songs and records them. Where as Marc composes music and produces it...
-
Congratulations!
Are you sure you're getting your priorities right here?...

I found this an interesting quote.
the BPI wanted to educate people about the long-term damage to the music industry caused by illegal file-sharing. But he acknowledged that attempts to curb the practice by appealing to music lovers' better nature had proved largely unsuccessful in countries such as Canada.I wonder if it's because the 'people' view the music industry as nothing more than a bunch of rip off merchants! My daughter is 17, she loves music but she earns less than the price of a CD. She has asked me several times to install kazza (sp?) so that she can download some music. Being a musician and songwriter myself, I have tried to explain to her the rights and wrongs of this. She just looks at her pay packet each week!... Consequently, I end up paying for the occasional CD which I believe is generaly overpriced.

The Orgasmatron 2000
Drumtracks
Must give you a good beat!

I have a robust little monster
Drumtracks
Has it got a name?...
-
That's Darwin law applied to gear
I have to say I've had mine for about 12/13 months now, and it's permanently on. I've had no trouble whatsoever with it! Seems to be a pretty robust little monster...

It's my opinion that Carillon are the loosers here. The bad press they have recieved here does nothing for customer confidence! It takes years to build a good name in a business, it takes only minutes to destroy it...! And here we have 2 unhappy customers...
-
1/ You can apply an effect to anything. If you want it permanent, you can process it.
2/ Why Not? We hear sounds all around us. A band on stage has the members spread across the stage...
3/ nothing...
By the way... Welcome to Songstuff...
These are just my personal views...

Presumably this is how they 'undelete' lost files?

Oooh. Had a nasty experience with Absynth recently
Is this the stuff you got from Prague??

My first wife used to wash her hair with it... Grounds for divorce I'd say!...
I gave up drinking beer at gigs when I got pissed one night before a gig, and every solo I tried to play, I fluffed... I'm glad I was pissed! Otherwise the embarresment would have been unbearable!

Hey Jay
I've never used an SU 700, but I have to be honest, I wasn't that impressed with the A3000. I didn't find the interface user friendly, the effects were pretty poor and editing options were limited.
Still, somewhat of a step up from a Casio VL tone!
Cheers
John
I'm still hoping to work my way up to a Casio VL tone...
-
Can't disagree with either of you...
...but also think this is getting a bit spaced out!
Have you thought about deep vein marzipan implants?
BS
ps. woof!
Are they legal?
-
I think Stu was a master of his art. All of the Police stuff is instantly recocniseable because of it. Roxane and Message in a Bottle were prime examples...
So.. what happened to him then?
-
Noel Redding's drumming was boarderline abnoxious.
Ha ha ha... That's a good way to describe it!...
ps. stop smoking those old skins man...
-
Jimi Hendrix drummer (Noel Redding??) was pretty distinctive. He always seemed to put in more than was humanly possible for one bloke!
