    Hey dan... just thought i'd leave a comment on your page. I didn't notice this before but your song Space Lady reminds me a ton of Elton John's - Rocket Man... except instead of the man out in space it's obviously the woman.

    Hey John... I noticed a small glitch on this site. I tried to comment on one of roflcopter's pics and it said it was submitted. I checked back later on it and it said "zero" comments.

    I'm not sure if this problem has been encountered before but for some reason it didn't go through.

    I think for the most part my song subjects and themes are pretty varied. Though sometimes when I have a good idea it can sometimes leak out in a few different songs unintentional. Though I do think there are a ton of cliche love songs I don't think writing them are over done. To me that's like saying writing songs at all is over done. It's a very common theme and a part of everyday life. Though I only like to write them if I have a unique (or just good) idea for it. I think someone can always bring something new to the table. Hardly any of my lyrics are from personal experience, whether or not it has anything to do with you I think it's a good habit to make the reader feel like there in your shoes. ~TIMOTHY~

    A couple months ago I was in a writing block for like almost year!! I was into different things at the time like playing music and hanging with friends... I still was writing quite a bit but it wasn't lyrics but a lot of poems (especially haiku's). Haiku's can test your writing skills in a unique way. It can help you to say more with fewer words. Though a haiku doesn't really say much, it's a fun challenge. Like Damion said even if you don't know exactly how you are going to write it you can really challenge yourself to write about something completely off the wall, something that you aren't used to (or comfortable) about writing. I know it sounds kinda dumb but I can sometimes get inspiration just by flipping through the dictionary. I find that it expands my creativity by learning new words. ~TIMOTHY~
