    I have had several collaborations with lyricists, and each time, I have had to make some minor adjustments to the lyric to fit the melody I've adopted. The musical score is the difficult part of the process and tends to be more regimented in it's execution. Therefore, I'd say a little leeway may be in order. If you don't like what he does with your lyric, you can always try a work round from his perspective!

    I put this here because it was 10 times the size of your MP3 files. Try to put images up as jpgs or giff. Much smaller.

    Not sure I have any answers to your problem! Have you another application you can use to test the midi connection? If not, have a look here. Try one of these apps to see if you get the same problem. If you do, the problem will more than likely be with your keyboard or it's connections. If not, then the problem is more likely to be with your application.

    What will my liabilities be?

    How tied in would I be?

    What will the deadlines be like?

    Questions you should be asking your potential new partners I would think?

    Earnings are likely to be pretty small at first, in return for quite a large chunk of my time. Can I deal with that? Will it interfere with other more viable pieces of work I get?

    Will it go anywhere?

    Questions you should be asking yourself!
